How can I sign up as a member (buyer) with Mybeli?

To start buying on Mybeli, click the "Sign in" button on the top right side of the Homepage. You will be taken to the Sign in page. Click on "No account. Create one here". Please fill in all the required fields and click on the "Save" button at the bottom. Upon completion, you will brought back to the homepage where you may begin browsing our catalog and make your purchases.

Can I sign up as a buyer without an email address?

You need a valid email address to begin buying on Mybeli.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Head to the Mybeli homepage, click on the "Sign In" button. Then, click on "Forgot your password". You will be asked to enter your email address. After doing so, a password reset link will be sent to the email address you provided.

How do I change my account information?

Step 1: Click on your name at the top right of the homepage and select Account Details.

Step 2: Update your information accordingly. 

Step 3: Click Save.

How do I update my phone number?

Step 1: Click on your name at the top right of the homepage and select Account Details.

Step 2: Click Address Book on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Select the address and click Update. 

Step 4: Insert your new phone number at the bottom of the address information. 

Step 5: Click Save.

How do I update my address?

Step 1: Click on your name at the top right of the homepage and select Account Details.

Step 2: Click Address Book on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Select the address and click Update. 

Step 4: Update your address accordingly.

Step 5: Click Save.

How do I add a new address?

Step 1: Click on your name at the top right of the homepage and select Account Details.

Step 2: Click Address Book on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Click Add New Address. 

Step 4: Add your address accordingly.

Step 5: Click Save.

How can I place an order on Mybeli?

Go to the Mybeli website and browse through the selection of products. Click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you want to purchase.

Click "Proceed to Checkout" in the bo that drops down from the top right corner. You will arrive at the Checkout page. Fill in all the necessary information.

Click continue in the address tab. Click continue in the shipping method tab. In the payment tab, check the online payment button and agreement to the terms of service buttons.

Click on place an order. You will then be asked to choose a payment method. After selecting your payment method, click on pay now.  

How do I track my orders?

Go to your Account Details and click on My Orders to view and track your orders. Whenever a seller updates any details of your order, you will receive a notification via email. 

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Promotional codes are redeemable upon checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I've made payment?

You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days after your payment has been verified.

If you've experienced any delays, please contact our support team immediately and we will help you with your order status.

I have received the wrong items. What do I do?

You may return the product according to the refund procedure (see below).

What are the possible reasons for returning an item and requesting for a refund?

You may request to return an item and ask for a refund for the following reasons: 

(i) Damaged Package - The external packaging of the delivered product is visibly damaged. Do not open the package and take 3 clear photos as proof of the damaged package.

(ii) Defective Items - The product arrived with visible damage or is not working as intended and is only noticeable after the package has been opened. Please take 3 clear photos as proof of the defective item.

(iii) Wrong Product - The product does not match the seller's description, quotation, invoice and/or receipt.

(iv) Late Delivery - The product did not arrive within the estimated time frame given or took more than five (5) working days to arrive without any confirmation or communication between Seller and Buyer.

How do I return items and ask for a refund?

To submit a refund request, please provide the following information:

(i) Proof of purchase (order number, quotation, invoice, receipt).

(ii) Reason for refund/return has to be valid and the return policy met (please refer to refund policy in the product page).

(iii) Mybeli and/or the seller of the product will act accordingly on a case-by-case basis.

I did not receive the full order.

In such cases, the seller will be held accountable for not fulfilling your order. Please contact our support team at support@mybeli.com.my with your order details and proof of the incomplete order. We will then follow up with the seller to resolve your issue.

Can I cancel my order?

You may not cancel your order once it has been confirmed and payment has been made.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Your order has been confirmed if you've received an email confirming your order. Alternately, you may check your the My Orders tab of your Account Details to view your placed orders.

What product information is available to me?

Each item sold on Mybeli has the following product information:

(a) Product Name

(b) Product Category

(c) Product Description

(d) Seller's Name

(e) Price

(f) Quantity available in stock

How do I know if product is still available or in stock?

If the "Add to Cart" button is still visible for that product, it means that the product is still available for purchase. 

At the Product Details section of each product page, you may view how much stock is still available for that particular product listed under "In Stock".

Do all products have warranty?

Only selected products have warranties, depending on the seller's terms. You can check if a warranty is available on the product page at the product description section. 

How do I check my product warranty details?

Upon receiving your product, you may refer to the warranty details on the warranty card or supporting document attached in your package if available. 

For further information regarding product warranty, kindly contact the Seller. 

What are the payment methods available?

We accept payment through FPX Online Banking and debit/credit cards. The payment options will be automatically displayed upon checkout.

We also for the moment allow 8Excite Points Redemption as be it partial or full redemption

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep through our our logistics partner Citylink.

What is your delivery coverage area?

We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

How can I change my shipping address?

Step 1: Click on your name at the top right of the homepage and select Account Details.

Step 2: Click Address Book on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Select the address and click Update. 

Step 4: Update your address accordingly.

Step 5: Click Save.
